Our facility is a 4 star facility located in Greensburg, La. and was founded in 1986. We are a parish owned 72 bed home and are physically connected to and partner with the St. Helena Parish Hospital, which enables us to provide 24 hour emergency medical care and physician services.

Our goal is to meet the needs of our community.  We work to rebuild hope, confidence, self-respect and a desire to achieve one’s highest level of independence.  We treat each resident with dignity, respect, and compassion, while providing the best care.  We offer a wide variety of activities for our residents; including bingo, church services, arts and crafts, cooking activities, outings, and many more activities to keep our residents engaged and active. We have a comprehensive rehab department.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances.
