How to Access Medical Records

The Health Information department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. to assist in all your medical record needs.

Request for release of  medical records is processed once the proper authorization is obtained. Patients and/or the personal representative may request a copy of the medical record at any time during a hospital stay or once discharged. We also process subpoena and deposition request, requests from other providers, and insurance companies. There may be a fee associated with a release request. Please contact our office for those fees.

We offer printed and electronic copies of medical records. Your medical record can also be accessed via the St. Helena Parish Hospital Patient Portal.
